Safale S-04 - A well known commercial English Ale yeast, selected for it's fast fermentation character and it's ability to form a very compact sediment at the end of fermentation, helping to improve clarity of beer.
Safale S-23 - A Bottom fermenting yeast originating from Berlin in Germany. The strain is used by Western European commercial breweries and has been reported to produce lagers with some fruity and estery notes. Sedimentation is high and final gravity medium. Recommended fermentation temperature is 9-15c Ideally 12c.
