This dried ingredient premium extra Special Bitter kit from Brupaks gives you choice ingredients - top grade spray dried malt extract, fresh hops and grains and a quality brewing yeast. You'll also have a choice of three different brews:

  •  Add 1kg sugar (not supplied) to produce a light bodied beer with a pronouced hop character. Original gravity 1.048-1.050.
  • Add Spray Dried Malt Extract 1kg - Extra Pale (not supplied) to produce a beer with more body and a maltier profile but with hops still in evidence. Original Gravity 1.048-1.050
  • Add Brupaks Premium Grade malt extract 1.5kg Pale (not supplied) to produce a truly commercial quality beer with a fuller body and a higher alcohol content. Original gravity 1.052-1.054

No boiler required - simply use the Brubag technology to infuse just boiled water, add malt extract (provided) plus your chosen ingredient from above (sugar, spraymalt or liquid malt), top with cold water, add yeast and ferment.
