Deliveries

All deliveries are calculated on the total weight of your order and then sent in the most economical way that we can achieve, either via Tracked Courier or Royal Mail  - the choice is yours.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, however please be aware that during busy periods such as Christmas, some orders make take an extra day to process due to increased volumes. 

Our pricing structure is as follows:

Small items are more economical (albeit a day or two slower) if sent via Royal Mail (prices correct as from 1/2/2012)

Under 100g     - £1.40      

100 - 250g      - £1.75        

250 - 500g      - £2.20

500 - 750g      - £2.65

750 - 1kg        - £3.20

1kg - 2kg        - £4.50

2kg - 2.5kg     - £4.95

2.5kg - 3.0kg  - £5.50

3.0kg - 25kg  -  £5.95

Above 3kg our system will automatically revert to tracked courier, which at a cost of £5.95 up to 25kg, works out cheaper than higher weighted items sent via Royal Mail.

Orders over £65 are free delivery (excluding Highlands and Northern Ireland and large, bulky items or surcharged glass orders where we reserve the right to charge extra).

Deliveries costs are calculated by weight - we don't aim to profit from postage and will always post at cost price wherever possible. Please note:  We currently only ship to UK Mainland. 

We have no minimum spend requirements and are quite happy to post small value items, although please remember that it takes us as much time and effort to bubble wrap, box and wrap a 99p item and then drive to the post office, as it would a £10 item, however with the former we are likely to be losing money, which will ultimately mean we can't offer you such low prices, so we really appreciate it when customers try to combine orders or order a couple of spares!
