Elderflower Champagne has to be one of the countryside's best kept secrets (although not so secret now thanks to Hugh!).
This is our six bottle Champagne starter kit which will give you everything you need to make 6 bottles of gorgeous Elderflower Champagne from dried Elderflowers. After using the dried ingredients and come May time, all the equipment and chemicals can then be re-used with fresh flowers to make either more champagne or 12 bottles of any country wine.
We include a recipe leaflet for our tried and tested version of Elderflower Champagne and recommend that you re-cycle, beg or borrow used Champagne bottles which is really the only way to store Elderflower Champagne - hence we provide you with 6 stoppers and cages to bottle your finished Champagne in style. A good tip is to ask your local hotels to save bottles from wedding receptions.
