For non alcoholic cordials, add up to 2 pounds of sugar into 5 pints of hot water and when cool add the compound and stir well.

For beers and wine add to wort or must at start and ferment as usual.

Contains ginger and capsicum flavourings in addition to tartaric acid, citric acid  and caramel.
