This kit produces a gallon/4.5 Litres of Chocolate Mint Schnapps Liqueur in just 3 weeks approx.
The kit comes with full instructions - all you need to add is 500g - 1kg of granulated sugar depending upon taste. You will also need a suitable 1 gallon fermentation container, a syphon, a bung and an airlock.
