Brewer's Choice Czech Pilsner from Brupaks - A beautiful golden lager with a full-bodied, malty backround and a pronounced hop character derived from genuine Czech Saaz hops. A.b.v. 4.5 - 4.8% Brew to three different recipes to achieve a light, medium or full bodied premium 5 gallons.
This Czech Pilsner produces 10 litres of quality hoppy beer in approximately 3 weeks. Ideal for fermenting in cooler conditions and can be used as a refill for the Brubox system or brewed tradtitionally in a fermentation bucket and bottled or barreled.
Originating from Bohemia. This is a full-bodied lager for the more discerning palate. At its best when served chilled. OG 1040° to 1044°.
