All the ingredients to add to wines and beers to make your finished brew. Hops, grains, wheats, dried elderberries, sloes, elderflowers, sugars, spraymalts, brew enhancers and concentrated grape juices.
500g of Dried Elderflowers. Use as a substitute for fresh elderflowers, when making country wines. Great when used in part (just a few pinches) for adding another dimension to wines such as Apple or 50 grams is sufficient for 2 gallons of pure Elderflower sparkling wine.
Amber malt extract - a premium 2 row barley light malt extract ideal for using as an adjunct for brewing where more depth of flavour and colour is required or for baking where a recipe calls for malt such as bread and cakes.
Dark malt extract - a premium 2 row barley ideal for using as an adjunct for brewing dark brews or baking.
Wheat malt extract - a premium 2 row barley and wheat in a 50/50 blend ideal for using as an adjunct for brewing or baking. In brewing, produces a softer mouthfeel and improved head retention.
Light malt extract - a premium 2 row barley light malt extract ideal for using as an adjunct for brewing or baking.
3 kilos of crushed crystal malt - features in may beer making recipies. Typcially used to increase the final sweetness of the beer.
3kg of crushed pale malt. Pale malt is used as the main basis of pale ale, bitter, and many other beers.
A 3kg bag of finest Maris Otter Crushed Pale Malt.
Lager Malt crushed 3kg - The British form of a light pilsner malt. Used for brewing light beers, pilsners and lagers.
100g of vacuum sealed Simcoe hops. A big punchy dual purpose hop with unique passionfruit, pine, earth and citrus characteristics ideal for IPA's.Alpha Acid 13.2%
