500g of Dried Elderflowers. Use as a substitute for fresh elderflowers, when making country wines. Great when used in part (just a few pinches) for adding another dimension to wines such as Apple or 50 grams is sufficient for 2 gallons of pure Elderflower sparkling wine.
Dark malt extract - a premium 2 row barley ideal for using as an adjunct for brewing dark brews or baking.
Amber malt extract - a premium 2 row barley light malt extract ideal for using as an adjunct for brewing where more depth of flavour and colour is required or for baking where a recipe calls for malt such as bread and cakes.
Wheat malt extract - a premium 2 row barley and wheat in a 50/50 blend ideal for using as an adjunct for brewing or baking. In brewing, produces a softer mouthfeel and improved head retention.
Light malt extract - a premium 2 row barley light malt extract ideal for using as an adjunct for brewing or baking.
3 kilos of crushed crystal malt - features in may beer making recipies. Typcially used to increase the final sweetness of the beer.
100g of vacuum sealed Simcoe hops. A big punchy dual purpose hop with unique passionfruit, pine, earth and citrus characteristics ideal for IPA's.Alpha Acid 13.2%
The third of the big 'C' American hops - Centennial is another dual purpose mid to high bittering hop with floral and citrus notes. Ideal for Ales and IPA's. Vacuum packed for freshness.Alpha Acid 9%
Nelson Sauvin is a hop from New Zealand named after the Sauvignon Blanc grape. It has a strong fruity flavour and aroma of white wine or gooseberries. Described as having a tropical flavour of tangerines, passion fruit and grapefruit. Alpha Acid 12-13%
